Who wouldn't wait one whole year for the day to fall. And it's Malabari Dum-Biriyani

Neighbour's Treat that Cross our Wall

I had a neighbour, and my neighbour
used to send us sweets and Biryani
during their festivals, and my mother
would look for the red-letter days
into which my neighbours festives fell.

But it was the only time
my neighbour used to pass the packets
crossing the fences and tall walls,
and the parcels in merriment
soon made their way to our
dining tables spreading smoky flavours
of Malabari Dum-Biryani.

We added a drink to enrich the treat
with a mint minced blank tea
just after the dessert, that dressed
the table in all adorning glamour
The fruit salad, with a topping of
vanilla ice-cream
Made our day, during my Neighbour's festival.

The gourmets of stomach, couldn't wait
another year to fill our famished hunger
And again, we waited for the parcels
to climb and cross the wall
And yet again reached the red-letter day
My mother been waiting
And we dined this year too
Hey! It's Malabari Dum-Biryani.

Can something be Constant?

Yes, it's a fine age. She is in her 40's.

I still retain my eight letter name. I know a day when You and I got to leave I have to finely decorate the space in all extravaganza.
